The Centrifuge

You approach a small cylindrical compartment with two ladders leading through crew transfer tubes on opposite sides. As you climb down one of them, you begin to feel the familiar pull of gravity return. As you plant your feet down into this next section, you realize that you can stand and walk normally, as if a bit of earth was brought to the station. You’ve entered the artificial gravity module, the second most advanced addition to Cassiopeia Station. The ring-like structure is adorned with bedding, tables, and even some exercise equiptment. You’ve been cramped up in a capsule for so long that it practically calls out to you for a proper stretching of the legs. Of course, the gigantic window is equally alluring...
