You see those extraterrestrial creatures converse with themselves for a bit in some incomprehensible language. The glass frames pancaking you inside feel so very heavy. Not a single twitch manages to translate into movement at all, much less a chance at freeing yourself. Then, the two creatures seem to reach some kind of agreement or something. One of them wraps a tendril around what you only assume to be a lever. That can’t be good… You watch in horror as the glass frame begins to darken, with what appears to be some kind of black liquid dripping down its faces. Your entire vision goes dark as the last few inches of the slide are fully covered. The machinery of the alien ship, meanwhile, polishes off the brand new monolith, preparing it for its very own odyssey.
